* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1046 AM EDT, Several roads in parts of Southeast Ohio
remain closed due to minor flooding from heavier rains on
Saturday. More rain is anticipated today.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Athens, Wellston, Nelsonville, Glouster, Mcarthur, Albany,
Shawnee, Lake Hope State Park, Chauncey, Hamden, New
Straitsville, Corning, Buchtel, Jacksonville, Coalton,
